A Parenting Plan is a written document that outlines how often you and the other parent will divide parental responsibility and make child-related decisions. Some of the issues you will address in your Parenting Plan are:
- Allocation of parental responsibility.
- Decision-making protocols.
- Day-to-day time-sharing schedule including overnights, weekends, vacations, holidays, summer breaks, travel, and birthdays.
